Our Guarantee & Warranty
Nectar Computers guarantees the highest
quality of service possible to every single client. If we do
not immediately know the solution to your problem, then we
guarantee that our dedicated team will be able to quickly
troubleshoot the problem to find the best solution. We offer
free diagnostics and estimates, so that our clients can make
an informed decision on whether to repair or replace their
problem machine.
We believe in honesty and doing the job right
the first time. Our technicians will always be upfront, even
if the diagnosis is bad news. At Nectar Computers, we want
every client to leave happy and with a computer that works
better before. Our staff follows strict guidelines and
procedures to ensure that your repair experience goes as
smooth as possible, and we warranty our work (except as
noted below) for 15 days from the date repair is completed.
If problems resurface or you just have
questions about your repair, then please do not hesitate to
give us a call immediately. During repair our technicians do
their best to make sure every single problem is addressed.
We always make sure that everything is working as it should
be before you ever get your computer back. So if we missed
anything or you feel something isn't done right, then we
would be more than happy to make it right for you.
Our Warranty Does Cover
Once the system has been fully diagnosed and the client
gives approval for repair, all problems reported by the
client will be fixed and the computer will be in working
order when returned to the client. Nectar Computers will
remove all computer viruses and malware infections, if virus
clean up is approved by the client. If an operating system
reload is required, then we guarantee that all the hardware
drivers will be installed correctly, all OS updates will be
installed, user data will be migrated correctly, and that
any software you dropped off with the machine will be
reinstalled if possible.
Our Warranty Does Not Cover
•Anything that is out of our control, we are unable to
warranty, for example:
•Computer Virus Reinfections
•Incompatible Software Conflicts
•Software that was not installed by Nectar Computers.
•Hardware that was not purchased from Nectar Computers.
•Problems not reported to us within the warranty time frame.
Parts Warranty Details
All of our parts come with a one year warranty, unless
stated otherwise. Some repairs require unique parts that can
only be found as used and not new. In these situations the
vendor dictates the warranty period. If used parts are
required for repair, then we will always inform the client
so that they make the right repair decision.
